Colonie Central Hall of Fame Announces Spring Class of 2025

The South Colonie Central School District is proud to announce the Colonie Central High School Hall of Fame Spring Class of 2025. These three outstanding alumni have achieved excellence in service, the arts, and science, reflecting the very best of Colonie. They have not only excelled in their respective fields but have also uplifted others through their leadership, advocacy, and innovation.
“These inductees represent what it means to be a part of the Colonie community—resilient, driven, and committed to making a difference,” said Dr. David Perry, Superintendent of Schools. “We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments and share their stories as a source of inspiration for our students and staff.”
The Class of 2025 will be formally recognized during the Colonie Central High School Commencement Ceremony on Wednesday, June 25 at MVP Arena in Albany,
Jennifer Hendricks-Fogg, Class of 1994

Jennifer Hendricks-Fogg turned personal hardship into hope for others. As the founder of the Logan Strong Foundation, she has become a powerful advocate for families facing childhood cancer and complex medical conditions. Her work as a Special Needs Empowerment Coach, co-founder of the Special Needs Expo, and author of Tiny Miracles showcases her tireless dedication to service, empowerment, and education. Her compassion, leadership, and national recognition—including multiple awards for advocacy—make her a shining example of Colonie pride.
Tristen Jarvis, Class of 2014

A gifted bassist, composer, and educator, Tristen Jarvis has left his mark on the national music scene. From performing with the Vermont Symphony Orchestra to appearing on the GRAMMY Award-winning soundtrack of Netflix’s Maestro, Jarvis blends artistry with purpose. He has toured with major acts, taught at institutions like Ithaca College and Cornell University, and continues to champion music education and creative expression. His accomplishments inspire young artists and highlight the power of the arts in shaping lives.
John Lizzi, Class of 1997

A visionary in robotics and artificial intelligence, John Lizzi leads innovations that are transforming industries and national defense as Executive Leader for Robotics and Autonomous Systems at GE Research. With 15 patents and a national reputation, Lizzi’s work addresses real-world challenges across sectors from manufacturing to avionics. Beyond his technical expertise, he mentors future engineers and contributes to policy, making him a leader not only in his field but also in shaping tomorrow’s talent.
