Five students from Colonie Central High School have been accepted into the National Business Honor Society in recognition of their outstanding achievements in business education.

The students inducted into the National Business Honor Society are:

• Chiara Montijo
• Leah Montijo
• Emily Shaliu
• Rosalia Vargas
• Gabrielle Waite

The National Business Honor Society recognizes high school students who have demonstrated excellence in business education while maintaining a 3.5 GPA and exhibiting strong leadership, service, and character.

These students have distinguished themselves through their commitment to academic success, involvement in business-related coursework, and participation in leadership opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.

“Each of these students has demonstrated a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and dedication to their studies,” said business teacher Ms. Stone. “Their acceptance into the National Business Honor Society is a well-deserved recognition of their accomplishments.”

Sponsored by the National Business Education Association, the National Business Honor Society honors students who excel in business and career-focused education programs.
