Congratulations to Shaker Road Elementary School which raised nearly $1,400 this year during its annual BROvemer campaign to fight prostate cancer during November — Men’s Health Month.

The $1,368.40 raised was good enough to finish third among community supporters nationwide that raised money for the agency ZERO-To End Prostate Cancer. Shaker Road staff grew beards and mustaches and accepted pledges for their efforts for the “Grow and Give” campaign.

Grow and Give raised more than $170,000 nationally with 750 total participants and 80 teams joining the fight. Thank you to everyone who donated.
