The Student Council at Sand Creek Middle School sold 489 cups of hot chocolate last Friday to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Students in grades 5-8 helped to serve hot chocolate during lunch periods. Donations were presented this week during the telethon held at Colonie Center Mall. Together, the students made a difference in the lives of others.
