In a celebration of talent, two seniors from Colonie Central High School (CCHS), Quinn Maguire (Soprano) and Delaney Wickham (Tenor), took to the Proctors main stage during the CBS 6 Melodies of Christmas event held from December 14 to 17.

Maguire and Wickham’s journey was marked by auditions, hard work and weekly rehearsals that started in October.

The Proctors main stage, a venue with a rich history of hosting memorable performances, provided the perfect backdrop for their talents to shine. “I am so proud of their hard work, effort, talent, and dedication to singing,” said CCHS Chorus and Music Theory teacher Tess McCarthy. “Quinn and Delaney should be so proud.”

The net proceeds from the CBS 6 Melodies of Christmas benefit the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer & Blood Disorders at Albany Med, and to date ha

s raised nearly 10 million dollars.
