April 3: Special Education update, health office info

Dear South Colonie Families,

The South Colonie Central School District recognizes the exceptional and unprecedented challenges that students, families, and school communities are currently facing during this time. We also recognize the additional challenges that the pandemic imposes for students with disabilities. Please see a quick update below regarding Special Education Services and how to get in touch with a South Colonie School Nurse during the extended closure.

Special Education Update

As a District, our faculty and staff have been working tirelessly to maintain contact with our families and provide instructional activities and ancillary supports in hopes to maintain continuity of concepts and skills that were introduced prior to school closure. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that all students have access to instructional and service resources. Please see our Special Education Information page as a guide for families during the closure.  Information and resources will be updated for as soon as information is made available.
