Roessleville Elementary School Stuffs the Bus with Toys For Tots

On December 1st during Roessleville’s Elementary School's Character Education assembly, students “stuffed the bus” with toys that they donated to help needy families in the Capital Region area during the holidays. This was part of the South Colonie Central School District’s fifth annual “Stuff the Bus with Toys for Tots” campaign held in conjunction with the U.S. Marine Corps. South Colonie bus drivers and representatives from the Marines came to the assembly program to speak to the students about showing kindness to others by helping those in need.
