Directed Studies in Studio Art

This courses centers on exploring themes with a wide range of materials. Students are able to explore an unlimited number of styles of art, although the main focus is on contemporary art issues. Students look at the post-modern period of art to understand how far art has changed historically. Students are encouraged to develop a concentration on a theme of their choice. Students also organize their portfolio for college admissions.
