South Colonie Central School District Specification and Bid Forms
Notice to Bidders
The Board of Education of the South Colonie Central School District, Town of Colonie, in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the purchase by the school district for the following items listed below. Sealed bids will be accepted until the time and date listed below at the South Colonie Central School District Office, 102 Loralee Drive, Albany, New York 12205, at which time and place, bids will be opened publically and read aloud.
Please note that the district provides the bid and specification forms online as a convenience to potential suppliers and contractors. All electronic forms must be printed out, completed, signed and mailed or dropped off in person to the District Office before the bid opening deadline. Electronic bid forms may not be emailed or faxed to the District Office. If you are unable to access any of these forms, please call the contact persons listed below for each department.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any bid submitted will be binding for 90 days (ninety) subsequent to the date of the bid opening. Specifications and bid forms may be downloaded below or obtained by calling (518) 869-3576, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by writing to this address: Board of Education, South Colonie Central School District, 102 Loralee Drive, Albany, New York 12205.
