From the South and West

Take the Thruway to exit 24, Albany/Montreal.
Go through toll booth and merge onto the Northway (I-87) 1N.
Take exit 1E off I-87 North.
At end bottom of ramp, continue straight onto Wolf Road.
Take a right onto Sand Creek Road.
Pass through one roundabout.
Continue on Sand Creek Road passing Colonie High School on the right.
Sand Creek Middle School is at next light on the left.

From the East

Take I-90 West to exit 1N.
Take exit 1E off I-87 North.
At end bottom of ramp, continue straight onto Wolf Road.
Take a right onto Sand Creek Road.
Pass through one roundabout.
Continue on Sand Creek Road passing Colonie High School on the right.
