Sand Creek Spring Sports Signups Underway

Signups for Sand Creek Grade 7/8 spring modified sports has began for lacrosse, track & field, baseball and softball. Interested students must sign up in the school health office. Practices begin Monday, March 1, weather permitting.

Sand Creek Middle School has released its Grade 7-8 Boys Modified Basketball roster under Coach Greg Lanni. The players are Jeffrey Cole, Austin Crisafulli, Chris Daigneault, Liam Dollard, Ben Hart, Tahkeem Inman, Mike Jeffers, Jake Johnson, Nick Keller, Sam Keller, Gianni Leto, John Papielion, Evan Plante, Evan Ryan and Tim Smith.

Grade 5-6 Fall Fun Run

Sand Creek Middle School held its annual Fall Fun Run on October 15 for fifth and sixth graders and school staff. More than 350 people participated this year. The purpose of the Fun Run is to encourage physical fitness, healthy activities and fun. Winners were Joey Troche and Marilyn O'Brien (5th grade) and Jake Manion and Noelle Saxe (6th grade). Classroom winners were Mr. Luke's (6th grade) and Ms. Johnas' (5th grade). Class champions are determined by adding the results of the top five boy and girl finishers in each class. The class with the lowest combined score has its name engraved on a trophy which is displayed in their class for the school year. For a list of this year's Fun Run top finishers, click here (pdf).
