Former Miami Dolphin Football Player Visits Roessleville Elementary School
Don McNeal, retired defensive back from the Miami Dolphins, visited Roessleville Elementary School this fall to talk to the third and fourth grade students about making positive choice in their lives, taking responsibility for their actions, and working hard.
McNeal played college football at the University of Alabama under Coach Bear Bryant and played in the NFL for 10 years. He also appeared in two Super Bowls and was inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame in 2008.
McNeal now spends his time with community involvement, and is active in a number of associations that assist youth and adults. He travels around the country talking to school children, sports groups and church associations.
