Musical Performer Lyle Cogen Brings 'Sticks and Stones' Program to Forest Park

Lyle Cogen, a well known musical performer, writer and recording artists, brought her "Sticks and Stones" program to Forest Park Elementary School this fall.

Sticks and Stones an interactive, dramatic and musical approach to educating the students about the best choices they can make and the behaviors expected of them. The students and Lyle Cogen talked about bullying.

Cogen is a Lincoln Center trained teaching artist who is singular in her niche position offering top-notch children’s song and story that educates along with the entertainment. She has toured nationwide, bringing her music to families in cities across America. Her award winning recordings have received accolades from national media such as Parenting, Sesame Street, Parents and Family Fun.
