The Colonie Youth Center (CYC) is the largest non-for-profit organization serving the children and families of Colonie. The mission of CYC is to provide young people and their families in the Town of Colonie with programs and services designed to enhance the quality of their lives.
Counseling Program at CYC
The Colonie Youth Center has provided free counseling to residents of Colonie and their families for over 20 years. The counseling staff consists of four highly qualified counselors in the areas of individual, family and group modalities.
Participation in Colonie Youth Center Counseling Programs is confidential and all information concerning participants and their families will be maintained in a confidential manner. No youth and/or family will be denied services based on race, creed, color, sex, disability, national origin, sexual orientation and religion.
