Vote Workers Always Needed

The District is always in need of residents willing to volunteer their time to assist at votes. Each "shift" a volunteer works is 2-3 hours in duration, ranging from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. There are two types of vote workers:

Assistant Clerks - These volunteers are seated at tables with alphabetical books where residents sign previous to being allowed in the voting booth.

Inspectors of Election - These volunteers stand by the voting booths, accept the vote booth entrance ticket, and reset the machine to prepare for the next voter. All District votes are held in the five elementary school buildings:

Forest Park Elementary School - 100 Forest Drive

Roessleville Elementary School - 100 California Avenue

Saddlewood Elementary School - 100 Loralee Drive

Shaker Road Elementary School - 512 Shaker Road

Veeder Elementary School - 25 Veeder Drive
